Husainy Sabeel was founded on 1 Muharram 1405, i.e. 26 September 1984, by a group of 13-14 year old children of Akola city, named Junior Association. Since then, every year during Muharram, the tradition of offering water, sherbet, milk, coffee etc. in the sabeel has continued. Even when the world had come to a standstill during Covid, this tradition did not stop. Husaini Sabil is entering its 43rd year this year. With the grace of Panjtan Pak, blessings of Aqa  Burhanuddin Maula and the Raza Mubarak of Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, this tradition is continuing in the memory of the martyrs of Karbala.
